Shipping
The following is our shipping charge schedule:
- Canada (Except Northwest Territories): 15% of the purchasing price before taxes. Minimum charge of $25; Maximum charge of $2,000
- U.S.A. : 20% of the purchasing price before taxes. Minimum charge of $30; Maximum charge of $3,000
- Other Countries (including Northwest Territories): please inquire with us about shipping charge
Refund
We do not refund.
Exchange or credit
We accept to exchange or credit the books within ten days of the purchase. We cannot exchange, nor credit the objects. Credit notes on books are valid for a one year period.
Product Availability
Although we do our best to keep our inventory accurate, occasionally items become no longer available or sold out. If such event occurs you will be notified via email.
Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for books and objects ordered are passed on to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
